제가 소개해드릴 곳은 온센이라는 텐동전문점인데요.
저는 예전에 인천 본점에서 먹어봤는데 천안 신부동동에도 생겼더라구요.
워낙 맛있게 먹었던 기억이 있어서 또 먹으러 갔답니다.
튀김덮밥 좋아하시는 분이라면 꼭 가보셔야 할 맛집이에요.
The place I want to introduce is a tempura rice bowl specialty restaurant called "Onsen." I tried it before at the Incheon main branch, and I was thrilled to find out they opened a branch in Sinbu-dong, Cheonan. I remember enjoying it so much in the past that I went back for more. If you're a fan of tempura rice bowls, this is a must-visit restaurant.
주문 즉시 조리하기 때문에 신선하고 맛있음 (The dishes are prepared immediately upon ordering, ensuring freshness and deliciousness.)
여기는 주문 들어오면 그때그때 튀겨주시기 때문에 엄청 바삭하고 맛있답니다.
미리 튀긴 거 데워서 주는 게 아니라서 눅눅함 전혀 없어요.
그리고 기름도 매일매일 교체한다고 하니 안심하고 먹을 수 있겠더라고요.
Here, they fry the dishes right when the order comes in, so they are incredibly crispy and delicious. They don't pre-fry and reheat, so there's no sogginess at all. Plus, they mentioned that they change the oil daily, so you can enjoy your meal with confidence.

새우 아나고 보리멸 이까텐동 등 여러 가지 재료 들어간 덮밥으로 준비되어 있는데요.
각각 들어가는 재료랑 가격대 조금씩 다르니까 메뉴판 보시고 취향껏 선택하시면 될 것 같아요.

밥 위에 간장 소스를 뿌려주기 때문에 따로 찍어먹을 필요 없음 (Since they drizzle soy sauce over the rice, there's no need to dip it separately.)
여기서 가장 인기있는 메뉴는 기본이라고 할 수 있는 온센텐동이랑 에비텐동이거든요.
둘 다 새우튀김이 들어가는데 차이점은 온센텐동에는 새우 1개 들어가고 에비텐동에는 새우 4개 들어가요.
다른 건 두 개씩 똑같이 들어있어요.
간장소스 뿌려진 밥 위에 반숙 계란후라이 얹어주시는데 노른자 터트려서 비벼 먹으면 꿀맛이에요.
간도 적당히 짭조름해서 그냥 먹어도 맛있구요.
또 사이드메뉴로 유자바질토마토라는게 있는데 이게 진짜 별미예요.
상큼달콤한 토마토절임인데 입맛 돋우기에 딱 좋답니다.

퇴근 후 간단하게 한잔 즐기기 좋아서 다음에는 저녁 시간대에 방문하려고요.

사이드 메뉴 추가해도 2만원 넘지 않으니까 지갑 얇은 학생분들에게도 인기 만점이에요.

Even if you add side dishes, it doesn't exceed 20,000 won, making it highly popular among students with thin wallets.

요즘 1인 가구가 늘어나면서 혼밥 하시는 분들 많은데 여기는 혼자 밥 먹으러 가도 전혀 어색하지 않은 분위기라서 맘 편히 식사할 수 있었어요.
눈치 보지 않고 편하게 먹고 갈 수 있도록 자리 배치되어 있다는 점이 제일 큰 장점 같아요.
