오늘은 마포역 근처에 있는 고기 맛집을 소개해드릴게요. 바로 '김숙성'이라는 곳인데요. 질 좋은 국내산 암퇘지를 사용해서 그런지 육즙도 가득하고 정말 맛있더라고요.

강남역 근처에 위치한 <숙성명가>라는 유명한 맛집 알고 계신가요
그곳에서 새로 런칭한 프랜차이즈 전문점이 바로 이곳이에요.
기존 매장과는 달리 레트로 느낌으로 꾸며져 있어 독특했는데요.
요즘 뉴트로가 유행인 만큼 젊은 층 손님들 사이에서 핫플레이스라고 하더라고요.

진짠지는 별들에게 물어보기로 하고 입장해봤습니다!

It seems to be gaining popularity among the younger crowd, given the current retro trend. We decided to check it out and see if it lives up to the hype!

 

복고풍 인테리어로 꾸며진 감성적인 분위기의 고깃집

외관에서부터 옛날 동네 골목길 풍경이 그려져 있는데 옛 향수를 불러일으키는 듯한 느낌이었어요.
내부 또한 깔끔하고 아늑한 분위기여서 좋았어요.
편안함 속에서 친구나 연인 혹은 가족끼리 식사하기 좋을 것 같아요.

From the exterior, it exudes the nostalgic atmosphere of old neighborhood alleyways, invoking a sense of nostalgia. The interior is also clean and cozy, making it ideal for dining with friends, loved ones, or family members in a comfortable setting.

밑반찬부터 메인 메뉴까지 정성을 다해 만드는 곳

이곳은 모든 음식 하나하나 직접 만들고 있다고 하는데요.
그래서인지 손맛이 깊게 느껴지더라고요.
또 반찬 구성도 푸짐해서 고기 먹을 때 곁들여 먹기 제격이었답니다.

They claim to make every dish from scratch here, which perhaps explains the depth of homemade flavor in each dish. Moreover, the generous selection of side dishes perfectly complements the meat, making it an ideal accompaniment during the meal.

양념 꽃게장과 미나리 비빔국수는 꼭 먹어봐야 할 별미

꽃게장/비빔국수

기본 찬으로 제공되는 양념 꽃게장인데 살이 꽉 차있고 비린내 전혀 나지 않아서 밥도둑이 따로 없었어요.
미나리 비빔국수 역시 쫄깃한 면발과 매콤 새콤한 소스 맛이 일품이었는데 향긋한 미나리랑 궁합이 참 좋았답니다.
다 먹은 후 남은 양념에 밥 비벼 먹어도 꿀맛이니 방문하시면 꼭 드셔보세요!!!

The complimentary seasoned flower crab served as a side dish is filled with plump meat and lacks any unpleasant fishy odor, making it irresistible with rice. The chewy texture and tangy sauce of the Minari (water parsley) bibim guksu (mixed noodles) were exceptional, complementing the fragrant Minari perfectly. Even after finishing the meal, mixing the remaining sauce with rice creates an irresistible flavor. Be sure to try it when you visit!

두툼한 목살과 삼겹살은 육즙이 살아있음

목살 / 삼겹살

김숙성은 퀄리티 높은 고기만을 취급해서 언제나 신선함 가득한 육질 맛볼 수 있어요.
고기 두께 두툼하니 한입 베어 물면 입안 가득 퍼지는 육즙 끝내준답니다.
겉은 바삭 속은 촉촉.. 제가 가장 좋아하는 겉바속촉 식감이에요.

미나리와 함께 구워 먹으면 상큼함이 느끼함을 잡아주네요

At Kim Sook Sung, only high-quality meat is handled, ensuring a consistently fresh and flavorful taste. With thick cuts of meat, each bite bursts with juicy goodness, satisfyingly crispy on the outside and moist on the inside—the perfect texture I love. When grilled together with water parsley, it balances out the richness with a refreshing touch.

쫄깃한 항정살도 인기 메뉴 중 하나

항정살

항정살 역시 다른 곳과는 차원이 다르더라고요.
한입 먹자마자 고소한 풍미 확 느껴지는데 감탄이 절로 나왔어요.
비계 부분 전혀 느끼하지 않고 쫄깃쫄깃 씹는 맛 최고랍니다.

The Hanjeongsal (pork neck) here is truly in a league of its own. As soon as you take a bite, you're hit with a rich and savory flavor that's simply breathtaking. There's no trace of any greasiness, just a wonderfully chewy texture that delights the palate.

다양한 주류 판매하고 있어 취향대로 즐길 수 있음

하이볼

소주 맥주뿐만 아니라 막걸리 복분자 청하 등등 종류별로 준비되어 있어 골라 먹는 재미 쏠쏠해요.
기름진 음식 먹을 때 시원한 알코올 마셔주면 느끼함 싹 내려가니 궁합이 환상적이죠.

저는 와일드터키 버번위스키 하이볼을 주문해서 마셨습니다. 

맛은 있었지만 잔이 조금 아쉬웠네요.

Not only soju and beer, but also makgeolli, bokbunja, cheongha, and various other types of alcohol are available here, adding to the fun of choosing. Having a refreshing alcoholic drink with oily food helps cut through the richness, making for a fantastic combination. I ordered the Wild Turkey bourbon whiskey highball. It tasted good, but I was a bit disappointed with the size of the glass.

맛있는 안주 곁들여 먹으니 술맛 제대로 나더라고요.
식사는 물론이고 술자리 갖기에도 안성맞춤인 식당이었어요.
